Paula Ngon is a seasoned PR & brand communications strategist operating at the intersection of sports, entertainment and culture. A dynamic storyteller and brand architect, she has built her career shaping narratives for some of the world’s most influential institutions and talent, driving cultural moments that reach millions.

Her career began in legacy media, where she led global brand communications for Vanity Fair, GQ, People and Entertainment Weekly, helping steward the reputations of iconic media properties. Today, she manages strategic communications at the National Football League, where she has helped evolve the league’s cultural footprint — from building out its fashion strategy to leading communications for tentpole moments like the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Shows featuring Kendrick Lamar and Bad Bunny.

Paula has spearheaded campaigns that sit at the center of pop culture, including Michael B. Jordan’s People Sexiest Man Alive announcement and the viral #BEYONCEBOWL. She is known for generating impactful media coverage, cultivating cross-industry partnerships and connecting brands to new and diverse audiences.

Recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, an ADCOLOR Future Honoree and a “Black Pioneer” by PR News, Paula is deeply committed to advancing representation and equity across industries. She serves on the ADCOLOR Advisory Board and is a Mission Speaker for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where she advocates for improved health equity and access.

Originally from Sedona, Arizona, Paula holds dual degrees in Journalism & Mass Communication and Political Science from Arizona State University and currently resides in New York City.
